haunting? not quite

So, i was discussing this problem with a few of you a while back, and it still hasn't found a decent solution.
I tried politely requesting that it leave, and saying that he was scaring me and the animals, but no luck. I may have aquired a type of truce, because the nightmare's have stopped.... but i still feel it here, and it's hell trying to get to sleep because i'm so scared of it.
I'm afraid to do anything to hardcore, because i honestly think i'm nowhere near capable of getting rid of it, and i really don't want to piss it off.
If only you guys could feel the emensity of what i feel.... it's like a dark ocean, just waiting below, and it has a tendril reaching up to my house.... coming through the floor in my closet.

And as i was talking this over with a friend of mine it occurred to me that i said a little 'spell' that i found in the back of a halloween children's book. I changed it up to contain them in this little plastic thing i had... and it seemed to draw my attention for days after that, untill i opened it and said a little rhyme telling them to go wherever they wished.... and i opened it in my closet. What if that spell actually worked, and one of them decided to stay where i left it. Then it grew stronger through my angsty teenage years [mine were pretty bad... i decided on night to kill myself the next day, after i set everything up... and then my brother killed himself :-P] possibly feeding off my pain... which would explain why i feel it so much stronger than other's, and why i'm so afraid of it.

so, to the actual question. What do you think i should do, that won't piss it off? i would really like to be able to sleep when i come home from college.

I would get rid of the book asap and then demand it go away. Also buy some sage and sweetgrass. Try praying also and ask for archangel michael to take it away. You have full control to kick it out. It cant stay unless you let it.

the book dissappeared years ago. I could have gotten rid of it, put it in the shed, sold it, or whatever it was could have stolen it. Who knows.
i've heard of sage, but not sweetgrass. I'll try 'em both soon.

The sweetgrass lets in the good spirits you burn it right after you burn the sage. I was also told to use pure sea salt and set that in the area of the haunting. Load that closet up with it!
