Id suggest that everybody checks ount most things from john lennon, the words and meanings of his songs have helped me vastly since my awakening. id also say listen to lots of different music. it seems to trigger emotional releases, well in me anyway.
after posting the above i had a realisation about a song i wrote about 7 years ago, i always thought it was about child abuse, but now i realise its about being an indigo. its called 'one kind word'. please have a listen and see if it resonates at all. any feedback would be muchly appreciated.
