LMAO. All right, first of all, I have begun to lose rep points for making jokes on certain threads. Which, if people would look around they would see that I make jokes on every thread, even my own. Jesus Christ, lighten up, people. I was toning down a bit to not offend anyone. But, if I'm going to offend you anyway, I might as well say exactly what I want. I can't imagine living for twenty some odd years and never developing a sense of humor. I feel like I'm in grade school and I'm getting a bad mark for the day. Haha, it's ridiculous. Some people take everything so seriously it's a wonder they haven't died of a stress induced heart attack or something. It feel like I'm being attacked by the hall monitor who was the geeky kid with a lisp, " SSStop running in tthhee hall." It'sss borderline offensssive, pleassse ssstop. I would suggest gently removing the stick from your ass and learning how to take a joke. I hope I get banned for this just to prove my point.

I have a friend off-site.. non-indigo that sends me some of the strangest stuff you can find on he internet.

One day he sent me a pic of a high school display presentation for a communications class. The sort of stuff corporations use to illustrate points at staff meetings.

One kid had done a display complete with posters and example media. The project was called "Things I have stuck up my ass". It included hairbrushes and a collection of other stuff.

One of the girls did a project on "Fellatio".

The grades were not mentioned but I bet they didn't lose any rep points.

Yeah, I hear ya. I just posted this as sort of a joke. I'm not serious, really. I find it quite funny, to be honest. Actually, everytime I take my time and post something really thoughtful people just debate it or ignore it. Everytime I post something right off the top of my head with no thought whatsoever, I get a point added with a comment. I don't really get it. I just thought it was ridiculous to get a deduction for making a light-hearted joke. This website depresses me sometimes. As a matter of fact, this site alone and a lot of the posts on it are the reason why I don't call myself an indigo. But, it's still funny.

Oh, it's not about the rep points, I could care less about that. It's about peoples lack of humor on this site. If there were not a few people on here who made jokes every once in a while, I would probably never come here and that's the truth. I enjoy laughing much more than I do arguing or debating or defending my views, which is what most of my time here boils down to. I understand your point about the anger, but I'm not angry, just to clarify. It's more like...exasperated...at the lack of tolerance for wanting to laugh and smile and play. I mean, when are people going to lighten up and start enjoying themselves? Some people on here act like this site is just so important to their well-being or something. As if a little humor is going to degredate everything IS stands for, which is BS. We need to get a handle on these hall monitors or I'm going to do the same thing I did in high school...drop out.

I don't know who gives them out, but you can still see a reason (if they write one). Like lav said... I was given a negative point for a post that said thank you to someone.

I dont' know if that person gave the neg as a mistake, or if they really didn't like me giving thanks, but it's kinda funny.

Giving thanks is bad, don't you know? Very rude and bad. No one likes to be thanked...

Again, it's not about the rep points. Like I said before, all the positive rep points I've gotten were for something stupid and meaningless I said...so were the negative ones actually. None of this matters...I just wanted to talk about it. I think it's way funnier than any joke I could come up with.
