These are the Cliff notes to the very long channeling session by Kryon.
At first I read it looking for material to post in the Fake Indigo Broadcast but, I liked it so much I decided to create an entire thread to help bring Enlightenment to the few of us with short attention spans.
Step 1. Make friends with your Higher Self.
Step 2. Set a Positive Intention for your life.
Step 3. Accept your dark side and your light.
Step 4. Void your karma by Forgiveness and Renewal.
Step 5. Pray for humanity, send light out to humanity.
Step 6. Positive Intention + Action, get out there and trust the perfect synchrony of the universe.
Step 7. Practice healing yourself.
Step 8. Be aware of yourself as a changed person.

I know Step 2. kind of sounds vague. Set a positive intention for your life.
If you don't already have a happy goal for your life now is a good time to make one. I think you should pick something you feel you don't deserve. You know. Aim high.
Mine is to create a beautiful botanical garden and become more off grid.

Write down everything that you don't like about yourself. for example mine would say- I'm lazy, antisocial, cold to my Mother in Law...etc.
Fill the page. Trust me it isn't hard.
Hold up that piece of paper and talk to it as if it were you. Say simply ,Dark side I love you. I forgive you. You did your best to protect me and help me survive the only way I knew how to at the time. I accept you and want to tell you that I now know a better way of being and You can rest.
Send the Dark Side love and then throw out or burn the paper.

Step 4. will punch you in the guts folks.
There is absolutely no enlightenment if there is no forgiveness.
I don't want to hear any whining about" how can I forgive someone who has hurt me!"
Nobody said enlightenment was easy. I just broke it down for you in bite sized little pieces to carry in your pocket. You may carry this nugget in your pocket for years before it really means anything to you.
Forgiveness doesn't mean forget the past and let somebody abuse you again. It means surrendering your anger and outrage at the person and refusing to let the anger drive your life. Forgiveness doesn't mean run up and make friends with the offender. It means simply shed the old clothes of bitterness and resentment. Step out of the filthy garments of hate and clad yourself in garments that have a neutral energy on them.
Forgiveness is a gift you give yourself. I don't think it is even necessary to tell the offending person you forgave them. Just allow the past to no longer control your happiness now, in the present.

Step 5. Praying for humanity and sending light
At this stage of the game it becomes all about selfless prayer. Dedicating your positive energy to the world in general becomes natural. A lot of people are at this stage already. They pray for others. They pray for strangers. they pray for their enemies.

hey now that is what I refer to as invocation only it is for light, love and will to good to change the atmosphere and influence thoughts with energy from a much higher plane. Invocation being the energy that attracts the attention of the higher energy from the source and evocation being the source sending the energy to this plane. The energy then creates an upward spiral raising the vibration of this earthen plane higher and higher and higher with higher energy feeding higher energy until such time as heaven appears upon this earthen plane or some say matter is redeemed. After all are we not a marriage of matter and spirit labeled human beings Please excuse me for I am a strange individual.

This next step on the path to enlightenment is for the souls that are already best friends with their higher self. You have a clear positive intention in your life that you focus on with unflinching joy. You have learned to party with your dark side and when to put it to rest. You are at peace with yourself and have no unfinished business in the area of forgiveness.You make a daily habit of sending light into the world and you pray for those you love and those who have hurt you.
You should be pretty darned proud of yourself. You are living at a very highly evolved state at this point. If you are here you are a wonderful person.
Step 6. Positive intention + action
Now is the time to get up and out and just do it. Take action toward your goals. My goals are meaningless if I don't get off my astral plane and physically take action. This is the time you reach out and trust the synchronicity of the universe. Do your life and leave the details to the great Divine.

Step 7. Practice healing yourself.
It can be so easy at this point to heal others, to get distracted with your impact on the world. Heal yourself. Use healing prayers of your religion, Reiki, casting circles, whatever you use to heal others. Healing yourself honors the divine in you.

Step 8. Be aware of yourself as a changed person.
Look how far you've come. Notice the positive difference in your life. Recognize the transformation in your whole being.
I hope this little list has offered a way for people ready to reach for enlightenment. Every path is different and some of the steps will be re visited over and over again until your soul embraces them. Love your life and your goals. Be a shining example of kindness and compassion.

Q-Have you any advice in how to deal with a family member that is a Physic Vampire??
I have tried my very very best to deal with her in some of the things that you suggested above and still find it hard to forgive her for the vile and cruel things that have been said and done!!
I have tried putting up a white light around me when im around her and have grounded and protected my self to the point were it feel likes the gr8 wall of china...but alass to no avail!!!!
I tend to pick up negative vibes very easily and find it hard to close off...my thoughts are her thoughts and believe me they are very dark ones...wat to do??

I visited your web site and you had posted 10 steps to enlightenment. ( which I enjoyed, by the way.) Yet your post seemed like a back handed compliment. I recognize the koan.
It seems contradictory to what your site is claiming to do, find ways to enlightenment. Either you are a master of irony or I'm way over thinking this one.
Keep up the good work, and thanks for the spiritual wrestling match. That was fun.
