I see so many people leaving. All of you that are leaving are showing a great dis-respect for those who have found value in something you've said. (my own personal opinion that doesn't amount to anything)
There are some on here who have come to depend upon you for your advice, your humor and your insightfullness. How can you just pick up your toys and leave? And to do it in such a way that to many, it seems as though anger is the controlling reason.
How can any of you justify in your minds that by slamming doors, stomping your feet, screaming and crying while telling everyone here they can kiss your butt will make anything better? What has this proven?
If you truly cared for anyone here, you would rationally explain that you feel you are needed elsewhere more than you are needed here.
If you truly cared, you would be civil and caring with your goodbyes.
If you truly cared, you'd stay and try to get past any emotional issues you have with being here. You would let everyone here help you with your problems.
We all are here for that. I'm very certain that anyone who posts here would be more than happy to help you get over or accept the issues you have.
There is no need for anyone to ever leave here. This is a learning site. We all can be teachers while we learn.
I understand that many times you just have to get away. Please, just don't slam the door.

Dear Departing , Lurking, members. I have nothing but respect for, what appears to be a very difficult decision. I realize that I am a mouthy, wind bag a lot of the time and I'm working on finding a balance.
I am having abandonment issues about the mass exodus and I don't know where to put my feelings about that. It's my problem and not yours. I keep deluding myself into hoping that you are all just taking a sabbatical or a vacation and that you'll be home soon. Immature I know. Its how I'm coping.
I'm on the 3rd stage of grief now, bargaining. Maybe you could come back to IS under a new Avatar and pretend to be someone else.
All right this is gonna take me some time to get through. Acceptance is the final stage.
You all made decisions that felt right in your guts. Good for you. I still feel the emptiness though.
You get what you think about whether you want it or not.

Um, Illuminati, I didn't say I was the one who felt this way. I just wanted to point out that if they truly cared, they wouldn't have behaved in the manner in which they did.
