So I just walked in the door of my apartment and I have to share what happened on the train today. I was just finished taking a couple dogs for a walk. I had my ipod on and I was going down the steps into the subway. Over my headphones as I am walking towards the end of the platform I normaly stand at I hear a high pitched scream.This is not unusual in Brooklyn so I ignore it. Then I hear it again as I get close to the end of the platform. There is a clearing in the crowd. I notice this middle aged woman, I would estimate her early 50's, sort of freaking out. So I remove my headphones and start listening to whats going on. Everyone on the platform seemed to have there attention in one direction. In New York City everyone is normally aloof, but something seemed to have caught everyones attention. I see this woman who looks middle aged as well but she has this distended belly, I mean more than a pot belly. She is dressed in all black, a long black dress, a black shirt, black stockings, black shoes, and a large wide brimmed black straw hat. As I get closer the other woman has her sell phone out and is screaming "someone call the police, someone fucking call the police!!"The woman in black slowly follows her with a kind of waddling gate, nibbling her lip very rapidly and making a strange facial expression. The woman in black was very pale, almost greyish, whitish and seemed as if all her features are bloated. The screaming woman started saying "she is trying to snatch technological devices out of peoples hands!Somebody call the police!" Nobody gets reception in the subway stations so there was nothing we could do. The woman in black responded in a russian or eastern european accent, " Is it legal to take unauthorized pictures of people in the subway station?" The other lady seemed horrified and kept screaming "LEAVE ME ALONE...LEAVE ME ALONE...STOP FOLLOWING ME!!!" After that she ran out of the station as fast as possible, litterally screaming at the top of her lungs. Everyones attention stayed on this woman in black and no on went near her except for me I wanted to see what she was all about. She waddled over to one of the highschool aged kids and started talking to them in a low voice. She said horrible things to him like you are the reason why 9/11 happened you are a terrorist. All the while she is still nibbling her bottom lip franticly. She then waddle over to another teenager and said I want you to fight with him pointing to another random person. Of course nothing happened. Litterally everyone had there eye on her the whole train ride and everyone huddled together on the opposite side of the train from her. I stood close to her and something about her made me feel wierd in my stomach. It was kind of a nauseous feeling and kind of a knot in my third chakra. I felt like I empathised with her and I even tried to speak through my heart chakra to her. I felt like I should ask her,"If she does not like it here why is she here?" The question then became," what are you doing here?". I have never attempted to connect to someone like this but it seemed to work I watch the expression on her face and she knew I was trying to contact her. It was funny too (or at least I laughed) when we were back on the platform she walked close to me like she was going to say something and I kinda of looked under the brim of the hat to make eye contact. I saw her bottom lip going crazy and looked back at her eyes and I felt this dark cloud was around her. I don't know exactly how to explain it but it was like a shadow was over her whole being. So I projected the thought "what is going on inside you?...what are you doing?" and she kept making eye contact with me the rest of the time but would not speak to me.
I have seen similar things but I have never seen it to this extent. What do you guys make of it?

Okay well I have a long history with dark energy unfortunately, so I will tell you what I think. I may not be good in expressing things from a new age perspective because I am not so familiar with new age definitions things, but I will express the best I know how.

This woman in black is what someone would define as a crazy person or as someone who has lost her mind. If I was there too, I would not feel so afraid. Her reaction to your communication means that there is a little more to her than mental illness. She is attached to dark spirits. Her interaction with them is so intense she mutters out what they whisper to her. Of course dark spirits or should I say evil spirits are able to see much more than this woman on a spiritual plane. While they cannot see your particular thoughts, they can understand your energy surrounding your thoughts, your motions and are able to deduce your intentions. The last thing they need is for you to ruin their relationship with this woman and the last thing they want is to be discovered by you. And you know why...don't you So this is why she kept quiet.

And this I tell you because I am cool with you...even if you have suspicions about my intentions at times

Haha You have a way of saying what I feel. I have a past riddled with dark spirits as well. I hesitate to say evil because I don't believe in it, but I know what you mean, dark is not neccesarly bad. This is precisley why I am not afraid of her like everyone else was in fact me internal feeling was I wanted to go hold her hand or something. I wanted to connect with the human in there, instead I just made eye contact and stood closer to her than anyone else around,so as to make a statement to her. I wanted her to know I can still communicate with that human even though you are pushing away people.

No I did not mean to imply that you do have suspicions about me...just explaining my intentions so in case you ever do have suspicions about me at times you understand where I am coming from. Not to sound weird, but when I talk about certain things I do not like to leave room for misinterpretation of my actions. Far too many people use their knowledge and experience for many odd reasons.

I know there was a spiritual, maybe psychic vampire or demon, feeding off everyones fear at that moment and I felt as i was communicating to her my questions changed because I was actually talking to more than her. I had an experience like this with my mothers ex. He was bi-polar and sometimes he would have a dark shadow around him. In these moments he would brood and remain mostly silent except he would say things like, "I am going to die" and if you asked why he would say,"well we are all going to die". He was an ordained episcopalian minister. I truly felt he was posessed or followed by inhuman spirits. I really felt for his situation all though he treated my mother horribly.

Yes fear attracts things we all dislike...and I think the question of a human is sometimes an indication of an impending action to these beings, so they get tight lipped, unless you verbally demand an answer and that route is sketchy territory. I do not believe in communicating with things as a show of power like what you see some people doing on tv and on the radio, often people who give this display are really unaware of where they are venturing. I am happy that a lot of the display is not real however, because I would seriously be concerned about these people. But in the cases that it is real....I have no words.

I am sorry to hear that you about what you endured with your mom's ex. It is so difficult to handle things in the case of someone who has a mental illness as well as dark spirits attached to them. That you were able to empathize with his situation speaks volumes about your character

My step son, recently had a girl chasing him and hanging around. When she showed up, it was like a clould of darkenss everywhere within around 60 feet from her. It made me very uncomfortable to have her around. I guess I got somewhat used to it, after awhile it was not so bad. But when she was gone for a few days and came back, it came back with the same heavey force.

I guess it is like getting used to a bad smell or etc. I have encountered it before, but not so strong. No sense of evil, she was like a dark empty deep pit.

I have sensed evil, angry, as well as the others, but prefer to sense joy, love and light.

I have even sensed and been affected by past negative energy left behind years before in some places, from tramatic experiences.

I think she is probably ill (probably schizophrenia), but cant say for sure....my theory is this, people who are ill like that have alot of emotional baggage they need to reconcile within themselves, people who have all these diagnosis's anymore do have alot of negative energy around them. It can be depression, bipolar or worse....and it keeps getting worse until that person gets help or overcomes it. I think that is what Jesus meant by when he said you will be rewarded for your suffering. From what I have learned, it is like ying and yang, the depth of someones suffering, can be compensated through enlightenment, understanding and love...giving them knowledge of things others who havent walked in their shoes dont have. If they get the chance in the lifetime, if certain things are overcome, that person will have an awareness that is very spiritual and rewarding in itself on a very high level, but it is a journey, a very hard journey and those people around this lady did not understand her. It takes one person to get a frenzy started....so sad, when it probably would have benefited this lady for just one person to show some compassion.

I think some people can have a purely mental illness but when I read your post I got the strong impression that this was also someone under the influence of attached negative spirits.

Yes, but things are different in NYC you could stand on a street corner licking a machete and no one would react. This woman was barley speaking but people couldn't even stan being in proximity to her energy. People wer genuinely creeped out. I agree with everything you said, but I would just like to reitterate this point. Oh and it was 94 degrees out and she is dressed head to toe in black, no skin left uncovered except her face. It was bizzare. You see all sorts of crazy stuff in New York City, but it's rare to see people react this way.

I lived in South America for 5 years...originally born and raised in Australia. Mum and I lived on the 8th floor when one day, we heard a deep, devilish voice coming from outside.

We ran out to the balcony to check out the latest...(always action in a third world!)...to find that one of the young female twins who lived across the road in another apartment was outside, being chased by her Mother...who of course practised Magick of sorts....and was speaking in a voice that was not of this earth. Apparently the Mother was working her voodoo antics when the energy she called forth, took precedence in her daughter's body and was running rampant outside....it was freaky!

The entire neighbourhood witnessed this though it wasn't entirely an unusual experience due to how often these things occurred over there.

With the lady in black...I'd assume she had openings in her energy bodies, allowing entities to live through her, preventing her from gathering strength to overcome these 'physchological aggregates'.

She clearly had no control; using her body to try and affect people on this plane. I read somewhere, through the gnostic institute of anthropology a few years ago....in conversation about a man who randomly opened fire in a shopping centre and killed many people without regret....that some people are existing on this level as pure egos whilst their being has already parted.

But the fact that you recognised the darkness....suggests you were on par. It knew it could not fool you. It could not move you. You were the light recognising yourself as the light within the dark corners. The light cannot necessarily know itself as the light standing next to the sun...

I sleep alone at the moment whilst organising my next living environment with a new flatmate...and until I brought our cat from Mum's house to come live with me for a while...I was experiencing night energy that was sucking me into the fear....sometimes a bit too much to handle.

The cat energy is perfect....think ancient Egypt...keeps the madness away!

It would have been interesting to see how the woman would have reacted to a feline energy hanging around....and whether that would give her a chance to breathe whilst the internal shadows took a backseat..

I do not label dark spirits as evil. It has not been my experience that they are evil. We are dealing with soul energy. Yours, mine and those on other journeys. I think dark spirits are drawn to indigo energy, especially if the indigo is well grounded.
