So lately I'm really having troubles communicating verbally. I am meeting a ton of new people... but they aren't meeting me.

I don't know if anyone else has this problem but being and empath and very 'intune' with the universe I don't really need to communicate all that verbally with people to know what they are feeling and to an extent what they are thinking (on a basic level of course) but it seems weird...

I only realized today that I was doing this... I can just sense a person and suddenly they are on the radar... but other people probably aren't the same way. They need that verbal signal, that "hey I'm here this is me" they can't just sense it...

It's kind of frustrating... and I feel like I'm closed off to people because I forget to do this verbal introduction thing... and when I do remember to do it, it all seems very impersonal and fake... like the people do not want to give to much of themselves away but I already know more than they are saying because I can feel it

Anyone else have this issue?

I find most people don't connect with me, I seem to be above and way head of them.

I can sense like you what is going on with them, but they don't tune into me. And when we talk, they don't seem to listen really to what I say, or understand what they do.

When I connect with another person like me, we talk with no real need to explain what we are saying, just understand with no errors. Nice to take and they understand what you are saying to a tee, and no need to explain or defend what you are trying to say. It isl like they are in your head and I theres, great experience.

I like to talk and share both ways, but most are only interested in sharing and bragging, and not even really interested in what I have to say. Very frustrating to talk to others, except with other IQ ed, sensitive Empaths.

I help others and move on, don't expect much feedback anymore, very rarely do I find anyone to talk locally at my level.

I totally hear you both- silverhaze i can totally relate to you. i have always been like this. on the introduction front i often just feel the energy of the person and what they're like and I know wether I like them or not or wether Ill get along with them or not based on that. I can learn their name later :P and i dont 'need' to talk all the time - I know and sense things and dont need to fill the air with talk about all this 'rubbish' that everyone talks about. i listen to what people say and its just about nothing most of the time. I want to talk about 'meaningful' 'intelligent' things but when I come out with anything remotely knowledgable people dont know what im talking about or dont care.
when I do talk to anyone, I always get pictures or words of what they're going to say next or just know what point they're trying to get across - I used to think i thought of the idea first before I realised i was picking up their thought train!! I generally understand what people are saying exactly, and If others in a group dont get it, I always explain it to everyone and the 'speaker' says 'exactly! thankyou!'.
