Dreams are the realm of your subconscious, this is where it interacts with you. In waking your conscious mind is by necessity, in control. The subconscious does not speak in a verbal literal language, it speaks in symbols. For example, if you dream of losing teeth, your subconscious mind is through symbolic language telling you that your insecurities should be addressed.
This is awareness of daily life. If you don't remember dreams, the conscious mind is suppressing. You can build a conscious interaction of the conscious and subconscious minds. Binaural beats and yoga nidra have proven most successful in my experience. Lucid dreaming.

G'day nexxit

Interesting and worth noting.

Dreams are of course of our subconscious, a lot of our de-fragmentation is done in this state. I also believe our dream state can become a doorway to other realities and dimensions so it's really hard to pinpoint consciousness in this way. I try to go with the flow without questions and labels, this isn't easy of course, not in a conscious reality that needs hard core confirmation for comprehension.

I once had a liver biopsy taken, the surgeon offered that afterwards some people feel a sharp pain in the shoulder area, and others again perceive this pain hovering over the shoulder area, no where near the site of the actual procedure.

He was right, the pain was very real and intense but no where inside my body, and if i were to put my hand over the pain by instinct i could not even reach that spot in the air over my shoulder, yet there it was real as any other physical pain i have ever experienced.

Where is this consciousness experience of pain that i can point to its location but there is nothing to "shake a stick at" to prove its actual existence?

Interesting possibility. I find myself behaving much like the ball in a pinball game, ricocheting from the rubber walls of an insanity, then finally dropping through the black hole of super-sanity for a definite profit to loss ratio. WTF!

Could this be the answer? I cant decide. Is an electron a particle riding a pilot wave or a field? Field certainly makes more sense to think of consciousness. Hmmm..new definitions, bared arses, mother nature a crack whore with a bag of magic particles...

Does an electron particle exist

Yes. You are absolutely correct.
Binaural beats have worked wonders for me. I definitely recommend it.
