Great headache remedies

Do you get headaches often? Here are some of the foods that you can eat to get rid of a headache: cayenne, almonds, feverfew, apple cider vinegar, fish oil, ginger, peppermint oil, eucalyptus oil, and cinnamon.
My favorite headache medicine is cinnamon. I get headaches often and started to add 1 tsp. of cinnamon to my brewing coffee. I have noticed less headaches with this remedy.
