Rosemary tea for depression

Rosemary tea is a really excellent natural anti-depressant. Within a few days of drinking a daily fresh rosemary tea I started to have a much brighter mood. I recommend buying a rosemary plant and having it in your garden and then just picking a decent amount everyday and putting it in a pot or mug with boiling water and letting it sit for at least 20 mins and then drink. I always say thank you to the spirit of the rosemary plant before picking as I do before picking or eating any plant. Its can be quite bitter, but it doesn't bother me.
And so the spirit of the rosemary plant becomes your ally assisting you in your life which is what she desires and was meant to.
