There is much to be said about this subject. Will silence be considered complicity? Damning through and through, but there must be a release of information, else what? Complicity of authority? Evidence of nepotism throughout all layers of society and even the justice system? Insurrection against a corrupt regime that hands out socially engineered orders to harm specific individuals?
In the video comments i see many fingers pointing at the investigator himself. I suspect that he does have a dual role to play in the game of katch the killer, but a better question to raise is the reasons for all the silence on both parts, the survivors and the questionable abilities of the RCMP to protect and apprehend. Someone out there knows, many out there know but are remaining in silent ignorance.
It is coming clear to me that the structure of Canada is ambiguous and ineffective. On the one hand we are barely able to defend ourselves from violence. Many people have been charged with assault for self defence, and look at the abuses heaped on the defenceless for only speaking out...

" On Sept. 26, the day an end the standoff was negotiated, the teenager was leaving the treatment centre in Kanesatake carrying her 4-year-old sister, Kaniehtiio, when she was stabbed close to the heart by a soldier carrying a bayonet."
(^ hard to google that up around here)
Add together with this some factual history such as contained in this thread...
And you might begin to see that it is not so far fetched an idea that there may be covert black op teams with a list of those undesirables they can sabotage, exploit, and murder with the patronage of government agents and funding. (perhaps here we will find the missing 3 billion dollars the govt wont account for).
Let's not play katch the killer with government cronies, I support catching the real killers stalking in our midst, in the end it could well be that everyone is complicit in these crimes through the acceptance of what we once thought were innocent and well meaning ideas...like patriotism and loyalty...ideas which lead to fanaticism and killing at the whims of leadership when sound judgement is long lost to the sophistications of psychopathic politics.
